What’s on the menu for lunch at Carrickmines Park? Pretty much anything your heart desires on a chilly winter’s day.

The Vanilla Pod’s rotisserie chicken sandwich is high on our list at the moment, served on a fluffy Waterford blaa with coleslaw, rocket, cheddar, mayo and skinny fries. Warming soup and a salad bowl at Barry & Browne’s is always delicious, with Subway, McDonald’s and KFC favourites for hungry teens. For dessert (there’s always time for dessert!) try Costa’s new gingerbread cookies with a creamy hot chocolate or one of Bakers + Baristas scrumptious new muffin flavours. Outdoors, you’ll find great coffee and snacks at Grind 101, the cool Airstream in our carpark. Be prepared for the extra cute customers: Dogs are VIPs here, with free puppuccinos served up to furry friends!
