Future development plans
Phase 3, Carrickmines Park will be a mixed use scheme of over 1 million sq ft which will complement the current IPUT holdings. The proposed development for Phase 3 will add significant retail, food & beverage and leisure facilities to the existing retail park, as well as offices, residential units and a new 4 acre urban park.
