The Future at Carrickmines Park

Phase 3, Carrickmines Park will be a mixed use scheme of over 1 million sq ft which will complement the current IPUT holdings at Phase 1 and Phase 2.

The proposed development for Phase 3 will add significant retail, food & beverage and leisure facilities to the existing retail park, as well as 335,000 sq ft of offices, 440 new residential units and a new 4 acre urban park. The development extends to almost 1 million sq ft and includes 86,000 sq ft of retail space; 43,000 sq ft of retail warehousing, 56,000 sq ft of leisure space including a multi-screen cinema, 18,000 sq ft of food & beverage outlets, a creche and a medical centre.
