We love whipping up a custom batch of this healthy drink at home: all you need is 3 fresh ingredients and a high-speed blender, like a NutriBullet from Currys or Harvey Norman. These delicious shots are both anti-inflammatory and antibacterial making them the perfect addition to your morning routine.

  • 60g ginger, unpeeled (add more if you love zing!)
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 3 oranges peeled

Add all of the ingredients to your high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Place a fine sieve over a jug and strain the juice through the mesh, pressing down on the remaining pulp with the back of a ladle to strain as much juice as possible. Serve immediately and refrigerate the remaining juice in a sealed bottle or jar for up to 4 days. Shake well before serving.
